Golden Legend Palace Hotel & Travel - Hanoi

Oh, where to begin, the blind in my room was broken letting in all the city lights at night, and no one seemed to care at all. How hard can it be to maintain a hotel?

The hotel was lovely little and stylish, with CONVENIENT location close to everything even the bus stop 86 to go to the airport. Location: the property was right by the main old quarter, the beer street and Hoan Kiem Lake as well as the night market.

Particularly good location, relatively near a majestic church. Well furnished and neat room and fairly clean bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with a lovely tea. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I upgraded to a Superior Double Room for just $5, and it was totally worth it. The location could not be better. Close to everything interesting yet surprisingly quiet at night. Sleep quality was excellent, thanks to soundproof windows. The breakfast spread was also enjoyable. I faced a bit of a hiccup when I noticed some dust and dirt under the furniture which I didn't expect in a supposedly clean room. That caught me off guard, especially since I have allergies to dust. But, the staff handled my request for a deeper clean politely and without any fuss. I'd definitely recommend this place for its comfort and location, but they might want to pay more attention to cleanliness in hidden spots.

The staff treated us like family, offering personal touches like arranging early breakfast and providing a room upgrade with a gorgeous view. The hotel's location is a perfect base for exploring the Old Quarter.

I found myself in a situation where my tour guide was late. They quickly jumped in to assist, contacting the driver and alleviating my worries. The location's proximity to attractions was a bonus, though the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during rush hours.

I encountered several issues that left me frustrated. The computer desk in my room was poorly constructed. When I tried to pull it out to access the plugs, the whole thing collapsed. The laundry service was unreliable as my husband's shirt returned shrunk with torn buttons and buttonholes. Despite the management's understanding, these issues significantly impacted our experience, and I expected much better from a hotel that prides itself on service.

Our stay was comfortable with a cozy Superior Double Room with air conditioning, a tv with satellite channels, and a clean private bathroom. The breakfast each morning was a delight, with delicious cooked-to-order options alongside buffet selections. Plus, the location was fantastic, close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

I appreciated the cozy atmosphere of my Beautiful Double Room, well-furnished and equipped. I particularly enjoyed the nice city view from the window, with a unique perspective of the surrounding area.

The great thing about this place is its excellent location just a 5-minute walk from a vibrant market, and the rooms are nicely decorated and tidy with spacious bathrooms.

The accommodation is amazing and nicely decorated. The staff are attentive and caring. The rooms are new-fashioned and come with extra beds and nice decoration. The hotel has the best possible and top location. The breakfast includes pancakes and sandwiches. It is located next to nice walking areas of the Old Quarter, a club open until 4 am, the lake, cafes, restaurants. There are also many coffee shops nearby.
